Material topics related to sustainability"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Based on the double materiality analysis, 16 material topics have been identified, including:<br \/><br \/><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>7 environmental topics,<\/li><li>4 social topics,<\/li><li>4 governance topics,<\/li><li>1 own topic.<\/li><\/ul><p><br \/><strong>The whole list is as follows:<br \/><br \/><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Climate change mitigation,<\/li><li>Reduction of pollutants emitted during the execution of construction projects,<\/li><li>Use of electromobility in the company\u2019s own vehicle fleet,<\/li><li>Responsible use of raw materials and disposal of waste,<\/li><li>Responsible management of water resources,<\/li><li>Minimization of the impact of construction projects on biodiversity and ecosystems,<\/li><li>Introduction of circular economy principles,<\/li><li>Taking care of working conditions and safety throughout the value chain,<\/li><li>Treating employees equally and nurturing workforce diversity,<\/li><li>Cooperation with local communities,<\/li><li>High quality of services,<\/li><li>Good relations with external stakeholders,<\/li><li>Anti-corruption policy,<\/li><li>High standards of compliance,<\/li><li>Standardization of operations across the supply chain,<\/li><li>Business innovation.<\/li><\/ul><p><br \/>Stakeholders identified <strong>governance matters<\/strong> and <strong>social matters<\/strong> related to service quality, labor rights and cooperation with local communities as areas of key significance.
