Budimex Group's 2023 Integrated Report was prepared in accordance with IIRC, GRI Standards guidelines and ESRS.
#1 LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT
As a proactive company, we focus on sustainability. In 2023. We continued to increase our commitment to green energy. We invested in photovoltaics and in electrifying our vehicle fleet, and all the electricity we obtained from third-party suppliers came from renewable sources, as evidenced by the relevant guarantees.

#2 ABOUT THE BUDIMEX GROUP
Budimex Group provides a wide range of construction and assembly services, carried out in the system of general contracting in the country and abroad, with the use of its manufactured mixes mineral and asphalt mixtures and prefabricated steel products. In addition, it is expanding its presence in the sectors of waste management waste management, infrastructure maintenance, building maintenance maintenance of buildings, energy production from renewable sources, and electromobility.

It contains commitments and principles for reducing environmental interference, such as efficient use of natural resources and promoting environmental responsibility.

At Budimex SA, the comprehensive supervision of the implementation of ESG activities, i.e. in the sphere of social, environmental and governance responsibility, is carried out by the ESG, Quality and Environmental Office.

In connection with the implementation of construction processes, the Budimex Group cooperates with many suppliers of goods and services from various industries.
