In compliance with regulations applicable in Poland regarding listed companies, the Company bodies are: the Management Board, the Supervisory Board and the General Shareholder Meeting. The Management Board’s role is to manage the current Company’s affairs and represent it externally. The Supervisory Board ensures constant supervision over the Company’s activity, within all domains of its operation. The Board also has the right to demand (for their own purposes) to perform necessary studies and tests within the scope of the issues controlled and supervised by it. The General Shareholder meeting issues decisions regarding the vital matters of the existence and activities of the Company. The members of the General Shareholder Meeting may decide, i.a., on the composition of the remaining bodies and on the utilisation of Company’s profits.

The members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board represent the respective bodies, teams or committees, which develop, implement and monitor the influence of Budimex Group on the natural environment on the society (e.g. CSR Committee, Ethics Commission).
Current CVs of Members of the Management Board and Supervisory Board are available on Budimex’s website. The composition of the Supervisory Board and its Committees remained unchanged during the year. According to the declarations submitted, Igor Adam Chalupec, Marzenna Anna Weresa, Piotr Kamiński and Janusz Dedo are independent Members of the Supervisory Board.
